Justin Stivers, J.D., CFP® is a former practicing attorney and current financial advisor with a focus on helping attorneys and plaintiffs make smart, strategic financial decisions. He practiced estate planning and probate law for over a decade and built a successful law firm in Miami, Florida before merging his practice and relocating to Knoxville, Tennessee.

Justin now leads Stivers Wealth Management and Stivers Settlement Consultants, where he advises clients on financial planning, structured settlements, and attorney fee deferral strategies. He combines his legal background and financial expertise to deliver a clear, efficient approach to managing wealth—especially for attorneys and high-achieving professionals.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Justin brings practical, real-world experience to the classroom. His background in business ownership, transactional law, and financial strategy helps bridge the gap between legal theory and everyday practice.
Before law school, Justin served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Honduras for three years, where he became fluent in Spanish.
