Professor Krumm examines several schools to analyze their approach to the evolving landscape. Professor Krumm is an expert in commercial law, companies law, contract law, corporate governance, and entrepreneurial law. He also helped develop the University of Tennessee’s first Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policy.
