Ellen Cole

Ellen Cole joined Winston Law in Spring 2017. She focuses on raising funds for the college through major gift fundraising and is also responsible for the college’s annual giving campaign. She supports the alumni council and several special events throughout the year, including Winston Law class reunions and the Julian Blackshear Jr. Scholarship Gala.

Cole is a UT alumna, receiving her bachelor’s degree in history in 1999 and her master’s degree in communications in 2004. She has worked as the Children’s Miracle Network program director for East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and worked in development at the hospital from 2005 to 2017. She also worked in development at the East Tennessee Historical Society.

Tara Davis

Tara Davis joined Winston Law in December 2025. In her role as Assistant Director of Stewardship and Alumni Engagement, she supports fundraising efforts of the college and focuses on maintaining strong alumni relationships through active engagement and impact reporting. 

Davis is a native Knoxvillian and holds a B.A. in Speech Communications from UT. She previously worked as the Community Relationship Coordinator for the Community Coalition Against Human Trafficking and in Community development with the City of Knoxville.  She brings extensive experience in community engagement, volunteer management, and nonprofit coordination.  

Jenna Dulling

Jenna Dulling joins the Winston Law from the UT Office of Alumni Affairs where she was the Assistant Director of Board Relations and Donor Experience. She is a double Vol, having completed both her undergraduate and graduate work at UT. Jenna holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Biological Studies, as well as a Master of Science in Educational Psychology.

Mallory Jenkins

Mallory Jenkins joined Winston Law in the spring of 2026. She focuses on raising funds for the college through major gift fundraising.
 
Jenkins is a double vol, receiving her bachelor’s degree in communication studies in 2018 and her master’s degree in public relations in 2021. Previously Jenkins worked in public relations as a strategic partnerships manager, leading partnerships, memberships, sponsorships, and program initiatives for clients across the energy and nonprofit sectors.
