Following the death of Justice Antonin Scalia, Alex Long, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Law, and Benjamin Barton, Helen and Charles Lockett Distinguished Professor of Law and Fulbright Scholar, both spoke with the media regarding the justice’s legacy and his eventual replacement on the bench.

Admitted candidates invited to Law Preview Day April 1

Prospective students admitted to the University of Tennessee College of Law and who are weighing their law school options are invited to attend the college’s annual Law Preview Day. This all-day event will take place Friday, April 1, at the College of Law, 1505 West Cumberland Avenue, Knoxville.

Students invited to experience UT Law firsthand February 20

Students considering law school are invited to learn about the University of Tennessee College of Law community firsthand at this month’s Winter Open House. UT Law’s Winter Open House will take place on Saturday, February 20, from 9:00 a.m. until noon (EST) in Room 136 at the College of Law, 1505 W. Cumberland Avenue, in Knoxville.
