Elaine Eberhart has joined the University of Tennessee College of Law to serve as the senior director of advancement. Eberhart, a 1983 alumna of the College of Law, has more than 30 years of experience as a fundraiser and gift planner.

Third-year law students Sarah Beth Cain and Alexander Wright have been named 2022-23 Hardwick Fellows for the University of Tennessee College of Law’s Institute for Professional Leadership. The students will play an important role supporting the institute’s curricular offerings and aiding in educational, research and outreach efforts.

College of Law Professor Glenn Reynolds has been selected to serve on the Institute of American Civics Board of Fellows. Earlier this week, University of Tennessee System President Randy Boyd announced the members of the recently established nonpartisan institute, centered in the Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
