This CLE, approved for 2 general credits in Tennessee, is open to faculty, staff, and students. This program will feature reviews of landmark Supreme Court decisions from the 25-26 term and will be presented by Winston College of Law faculty Professors Nick Nugent, Joan Heminway, Gary Pulsinelli, William Mercer, and Val Vojdik.
