The gift will support the Summers, Rufolo, and Rodgers Scholarship Endowment, the Douglas A. Blaze Leadership Scholarship, and the John K. Morgan Trial Advocacy Endowment.

American Academy of Appellate Lawyers honors alumnus Jerry Summers

University of Tennessee College of Law alumnus Jerry Summers has been inducted into the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.  During an April 12 ceremony in Philadelphia, Summers (’69) was named a fellow of the organization. Summers is the founder of the Chattanooga-based law firm Summers, Rufolo, and Rodgers.
